"Gwangju Baby" BTS J-Hope, Victory Fairy Crowned.. 'Perfect' Even with Purple Gloves
2024.10.24 15:41
BTS member J-Hope headed to his hometown of Gwangju to complete his first schedule after being discharged from the military. He emerged as the 'victory fairy' after throwing the first pitch for Game 2 of the Korean Series.
J-Hope threw the first pitch at the game between the KIA Tigers and Samsung Lions held at the Gwangju Kia Champions Field on the 23rd.
On this day, J-Hope appeared in a casual look. He gave off a sporty vibe with a gray hood and navy jacket. He especially added meaning by going up to the mound and throwing the ball while wearing purple gloves, which are symbolic of BTS.
J-Hope is from Gwangju. He has expressed his affection for Kia, the hometown team of Gwangju. He even expressed his affection in the lyrics of BTS' song "Ma City" such as "I'm from Gwangju, Jeollanam-do, baby" and "I put in KIA and start the engine and bounce like crazy."
Wow, the purple gloves are so cool
We look forward to active activities of Victory Fairy.
