Review of RM's 'The Boy Comes' by Nobel Prize-winning author
2024.10.24 19:51
In 2017, RM wrote a review saying that he was deeply impressed by the book 'The Boy Comes'.
"The boy comes. A book by author Han Kang. It's called 'Kim Ji-young, Born 1982'. It's a bestseller.
I read two books, and both of them had a lot to say. I felt a lot of different things. In particular, I read 'The Boy's Coming' on a plane to Europe and then in a hotel when I got to Europe. Even though it was a good situation, I felt very burdened while reading the book.
I think these are books that I read with great impression because the writing is so vivid. Anyway, they were good books.
And when he heard the news that author Han Kang had won the Nobel Prize in Literature, he immediately posted a congratulatory message on Instagram.
