Jin's new song is receiving much love from all over the world, and it is said that it is also receiving favorable reviews from overseas media.
American music media outlet Consequence of Sound praised the early rock-style song I'll Be There, saying it gave Gene a chance to show off his wide range of vocal abilities.
It was introduced as a song that charmingly captured Jin's voice using various instrument sounds based on the rock genre rather than the existing pop genre.
It is said that Jin's solo song broke his own record by entering the Daily Top Song Global chart of Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform, at number 9 on the 25th. It also ranked first on Japan's Oricon Daily Digital Single Ranking on the same day.
You're making tremendous strides
