They say we might not be able to see BTS in 2026.

The group BTS is expected to resume full group activities in 2026.

On the 5th, Hive CFO Lee Kyung-joon said in a performance report conference call that "we are discussing with BTS members about their activities in 2026."

However, he predicted that "the proportion of full-scale sales (internal sales during activity) will be high, but it will not be as high as before because the growth of other artists will accompany it."

The seven members of BTS will be able to resume activities starting in June 2025 after being discharged sequentially. Initially, HYBE had announced that all members of BTS would renew their contracts and hoped to resume activities as a full group in 2025, but this has been postponed.

Previously, Hive has been embroiled in controversy ever since former Adore CEO Min Hee-jin was accused of usurping management rights. Recently, it has been criticized by K-pop fans after it was revealed that the company had openly criticized the appearance of idol groups from other companies in its weekly internal reports for about two years.

In this regard, BTS has also been put on the chopping block.

When member Suga was fined for drunk driving, some fans called for Suga's withdrawal. Also, during the conflict with former CEO Min, the verdict that mentioned BTS's music chart manipulation was belatedly brought to attention. Some say that these negative issues may have influenced the timing of his return.

ㅠㅠI was waiting for the full group to stand on stage in 2025, so I'm so sad
