"Holiday Gift" V and Bing Crosby Carol Praised by Foreign Press

Billboard, an American music media outlet, mentioned that V has admired Bing Crosby for a long time, and reported that "he has achieved his dream of dueting with his hero. The two voices create a beautiful harmony in 'White Christmas' that transcends generations and time."

Grammy and Emmy Award-winning jazz producer Greg Field, who produced the song, praised V's musical ability, saying, "V made every choice musically brilliant. He completely understood that he was singing with Bing Crosby."

The American media outlet Consequence of Sound commented, "As soon as V starts singing, Bing Crosby's familiar voice is added, creating a warm harmony." They added, "The classic, warm performance and the two voices blend harmoniously, making this song a true holiday gift."

The British daily newspaper The Guardian analyzed that, amid the fierce competition among carols on the British Official Charts, "V has the potential to create two holiday hits at the same time with a duet song with Bing Crosby and a collaboration song with Park Hyo-shin called 'Winter Ahead'."^^
