BTS V, 'Love Me Again' 1 Billion Streams

BTS' V's solo songs are achieving shining results on global music charts.

BTS' V and Bing Crosby's carol 'White Christmas (with V of BTS)' entered the UK Official Charts' 'Single Downloads' and 'Single Sales' at #2 on the released 13th. The digital single 'Winter Ahead (with PARK HYO SHIN)' featuring Park Hyo Shin also charted for two consecutive weeks at #57 and #71 on each chart.

The two songs are also making their presence felt on Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform. "Winter Ahead (with PARK HYO SHIN)" and "White Christmas (with V of BTS)" were ranked 54th and 55th on the latest "Weekly Top Song Global" (compiled from December 6 to 12). The songs that V prepared as winter gifts for his fans are all doing well on the global charts, proving his popularity. Through these songs, V showed off his voice specialized for jazz music, which he has always loved.

Last September, V's solo album 'Layover's' track 'Love Me Again' was the first of his solo songs to surpass 1 billion cumulative streams on Spotify. This earned him a spot on the 'Billions Club' playlist, which collects songs that have surpassed 1 billion streams. The song has also been on the 'Weekly Top Song Global' chart for 70 weeks.

Other BTS members' solo songs also performed well on this chart. Jin's first solo album 'Happy's title song 'Running Wild' ranked 33rd, and his pre-released song 'I'll Be There' ranked 177th. Jimin's second solo album 'MUSE's title song 'Who' ranked 10th, and Jungkook's first solo single 'Seven (feat. Latto)' ranked 86th. The latest 'Weekly Top Albums Global' charted with 'MUSE' (15th) and 'Happy - :') (Remixes)' (41st).
