BTS Jungkook, Military Baekgi Colorless Live… New Record on Weverse
2024.12.19 23:15
BTS' Jungkook's live broadcast while on vacation recorded 20.2 million cumulative real-time views.
This is the highest number since the global super fan platform Weverse opened in 2019. As of 1 PM on the 19th, this video had a whopping 292 million hearts. Jungkook, who set a record for the most viewers with his personal live stream last year, surpassing 16 million cumulative real-time views, has surpassed his own record once again.
Jungkook started a live broadcast at 11:39 PM on the 18th. He said, “I checked and heard that I could (live), so I turned on Weverse during my vacation today. I really missed you, and I’m nervous because it’s been so long.” He started by greeting his fans.
Jungkook then introduced the interior of the house he moved into along with his recent activities. He continued, “I thought I wanted to do a live show during this vacation, so I prepared in advance and came out. I ran every day and also did weight training.”
After the broadcast ended that day, hashtags related to Jungkook and the titles of the songs he sang live swept the top real-time trends on X (formerly Twitter). Jungkook once again showed off his irreplaceable influence with this personal broadcast.
I really enjoyed watching Jungkook's live performance.
