News Defendant Who Wrote Malicious Posts About BTS Receives Fine

The author of a malicious post that defamed, insulted, sexually harassed, spread false information, and maliciously slandered BTS has been sentenced to a fine.
The agency said it will hold suspects accountable to the end so that they can be severely punished even for suspects whose investigations and legal procedures have not yet been completed.
The punishment is a fine of 5 million won, so it seems a bit lenient. I really hate seeing people maliciously create videos and increase the number of views with false content, causing harm to celebrities, but I'm glad that the agency responded strongly.
