News of Cortis failing to win the MTV VMA Rookie of the Year award

I have the news that Cortis failed to win the MTV VMA Best New Artist award.

They were nominated for the Rookie of the Year award and went on the challenge, but unfortunately, they did not win.

Although I narrowly missed this award, on the major global stage of the VMA
