I think it's really cool that all the members are vocalists.

It actually only takes a moment to become a Day6 fan, but for me, the fact that they're all vocalists really resonated with me. Usually, in a band, one vocalist stands out, but Day6's flow is truly artistic, starting with Sungjin's husky and appealing voice, moving through Young K's solid and refreshing high notes, and finally Wonpil's signature sweet and gentle voice. The catharsis I felt when Dowoon's low, pure bass on the drums blended into a song felt like a thirst-quencher I'd never felt with other groups. And the lyrics are so heartfelt. Listening to songs like "Pretty" or "To Be One Page" made me feel like I was reliving a first love I never experienced, and a scene from my youth was filled with these songs. The energy of them playing their instruments live on stage is beyond words, and seeing them sing along with the fans at a concert makes me think, "Wow, this is a real band!" It's truly inspiring. But when they come down from the stage, the world is so harmless and they play around with each other, so human that I get hit by that gap once more. All the members are serious about music and consistently put out good songs, so as a fan, it's fun to be a fan, and more than anything, their love for My Day drips from every word they say, so I find myself unconsciously drawn to that warmth. Not only are they talented, they also have a great sense of sensibility, but their personalities are also great, so I think there's absolutely no reason not to become a fan. Just listening to them, I see my entire playlist filled with DAY6, and the process of realizing, 'Ah, I'm really serious about these guys' is a form of healing.
