Wonpil said he worried a lot because things didn't go well after his debut.

Wonpil said that even while busking, he wondered if this was the right path. "In 2017, I made two songs every month and held a concert every month. The song that came out then was 'Pretty'," he said, adding that he created a masterpiece in the midst of that.
Wonpil said, “I really hate this kind of thing, but I can’t ignore it. ‘Pretty’ didn’t become a hit immediately; it exploded through a reverse climb after COVID-19 passed.”
