“Best for feeling a sense of accomplishment” Young K recommends ‘this exercise’… Is it also good for dieting?

On the 19th, a video titled "[DAY6 VLOG] Kang Young-hyun Vlog | Muk-jjang-ke. Assembled-ke. All-rounder-KE Let's Go" was posted on the YouTube channel 'DAY6'. In the video, Young K visited an indoor climbing gym. The caption "Climbing is a really difficult exercise" was placed above Young K as he climbed the wall. He said, "When you look from below, it may seem like you can climb up one by one, but when you actually try it, you'll experience the magic of your hands and feet not moving as you want them to." Young K continued, "Still, it's an exercise where you can focus solely on climbing without having time to think about anything else, and you'll feel a sense of accomplishment as you climb, so I recommend challenging yourself."
