This meal service was prepared as a special meal for Christmas. The 'Laon' members cooked and served a menu consisting of hamburger steak, cream soup, bread, and fruit salad. The hamburger steak was made by trimming 23kg of meat, making patties, and grilling them individually. The homemade sauce with mushrooms and cream soup were also made on site. Butter-toasted bread, croissants, and fresh fruit salad were also served on the plates. Christmas gifts were prepared along with the meal. In addition to the Christmas gift kits containing candy, cookies, milk, and drinks, they also delivered 13kg of Korean beef brisket, including bananas, apples, Shine Muscat grapes, and tangerines. Their consistent volunteerism is evident in their efforts.
