I heard that composer Yoon Myung-sun's book concert featured Lim Young-woong's lyrics to "Hymn of Life" recited as a poem, without a melody. The concert took place on the 19th, and it's truly remarkable that the lyrics, even as a poem, can be so moving.

It was a concert held to commemorate the publication of Yoon Myeong-seon's poetry collection, and it was a literary experiment demonstrating that the lyrics of "Ode to Life" can have independent meaning as poetry. KBS voice actress Lee Eun-jung read the rendition, and I think I would have been deeply moved if I had heard it in person.

I've always found comfort and empathy in the lyrics of "Ode to Life," so it's truly gratifying to see it receiving literary recognition like this. The power of our hero's song is truly remarkable.
