IU impressed Washington too… The reason she drove 10 hours instead of flying
2024.07.25 07:58
During the concert, IU brought up the story of how she had a hard time getting to the concert venue due to a flight cancellation caused by a global IT outage earlier this week. Currently, flights have been canceled at U.S. airports for several days. This is the aftermath of the Microsoft (MS) cloud service outage that occurred on the 19th.
IU told the audience, "My flight was suddenly canceled. For the first time in my life, I was driving on the highway for 10 hours all night with a chauffeur driving me."
It has been reported that IU ran about 1,000 km with the vehicle. He said, "It was really hard work, but it was worth it when I heard everyone cheering."
