IU, wandering around an unknown American city at 2 AM? "In life, things like this happen..."

Singer and actress IU had a special experience during her North American tour.

On the 25th, a video titled “There Was a Plane, But There Wasn’t” was uploaded to IU’s YouTube channel.

On this day, IU's staff chose the incident resulting from a flight cancellation as the most memorable episode during the North American tour.

When a flight from Atlanta to Washington, D.C. was canceled in July, IU and her staff were forced to travel 10 hours by bus. It was only natural that the staff members were exhausted after having to sleep at the airport for over 5 hours.

As expected, IU, who was sitting on the street with a tired look on her face, said, “There are days in life when you just collapse on the street. It’s a bit unfamiliar to be on the street at 2 AM in an unknown city in America.”

However, when asked, “How would you rate your current mood on a scale of 10?” he answered, “I would give it an 11. It was the first time I had a good night’s sleep since I came to the U.S. I slept for 7 hours straight in the car, and I was on the edge of the car.”
