'Paradise' is a new work by writer Kim Soo-jin, who wrote the drama 'The Host', and is her first work in about five years. The direction is handled by Director Oh Choong-hwan, who previously worked with Lee Jong-suk on 'While You Were Sleeping' and 'Big Mouth'.
Lee Jong-suk is reported to have been offered the role of the protagonist, reporter Kang Chi-young.
The work tells the story of reporter Kang Chi-young and police officer Cha Jung-won as they get entangled in an unimaginable incident and uncover hidden secrets and the truth.
