The world of 'Hospital Playlist' is finally back! This time, 'Someday, I Will Be a Wise Resident', which contains the story of the residents' growth, has confirmed its first broadcast on April 12th!

First broadcast: Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 9:10 p.m.

This 'Sleep Past Life' is different from the existing 'Hospital Playlist' in that it focuses on the growth of residents, and since it is set in an obstetrics and gynecology department, many new characters will appear.

- Oh Yi-young (Go Yoon-jung) – A first-year OB/GYN resident. Although she may not have genius skills, she has a warmer heart than anyone else!
- Pyo Nam-kyung (Cynthia) – A resident with a strong personality. She is full of ambition but is running into the wall of reality.
- Jae-il Eom (Yoo-seok Kang) – A resident with a bright personality. He is optimistic, but has many inner worries.
- Kim Sa-bi (Han Ye-ji) – A quiet resident who silently develops her skills!

In fact, 'Sleep Twice' was originally scheduled to air in the first half of 2024, but was postponed for various reasons.

Residents' strike
Due to the mass resignation of residents in protest of the Yoon Seok-yeol government's policy of expanding medical school enrollment, a realistic situation has arisen where there are no residents in university hospitals. Because of this, there has been a lot of criticism that the drama that deals with the 'growth period of residents' is far from reality.

Public distrust of the medical profession
In an actual survey, more than 60% of the public evaluated the mass resignation of residents negatively. In this situation, it was difficult for a drama centered around residents to gain sympathy.

Broadcast Delay & Schedule Rescheduling
