2025.04.10 16:13
Whole wheat tortilla, 4 shiitake mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, truffle oil, a pinch of salt
First, fry the mushrooms in a pan with olive oil.
Add about a pinch and a half of salt.
Then continue to fry until golden brown, then turn off the heat, add truffle oil and mix.
Next, bake the tortilla in a pan and top it with cheese.
Melt the cheese over low heat and once it's completely melted, place all the mushrooms on one side.
Then fold it and bake it on both sides and you're done!
