KKTIX Ticketing Review, Complete Summary from Membership Registration to Reservation, Payment, Refund, Passport Information, and Success Tips

If you are new to KKTIX ticketing, this is a must-read review guide. We've organized everything at a glance, from KKTIX membership registration and KKTIX reservation methods to passport information, payment, refunds, and tips.

For Korean fans who are new to overseas concert ticket reservations, we have detailed the KKTIX ticketing process in Taiwan. Recently, &TEAM Taiwan concert and NCT WISH Asia tour were also booked through KKTIX! We will introduce all the necessary information from KKTIX membership registration to payment and ticket collection.

Even those who are worried about language barriers and unfamiliar systems can easily make reservations by following this guide step by step!

1. How to sign up for KKTIX membership (procedures, language settings, mobile phone authentication, etc.)

1) Set the site language

• KKTIX's default language is Chinese, but it supports English mode.
• We recommend Chrome as your preferred browser as most items can be translated using Chrome's automatic translation feature!

2) Email-based sign-up

• Some emails, such as Yahoo or Hotmail, may have reception problems, so they are not recommended.
  (KKTIX recommends Gmail, but Naver is also good)
• After receiving the authentication email, set a password → complete registration

3) Mobile phone number verification

• Korean mobile phone number is also possible (including country code +82)

• Verification must be completed at least 24 hours prior to reservation

4) Check login status

• It is essential to check your login status 30 minutes to 1 hour before reservation.

• No entry when session expires

• Simultaneous connections are strictly prohibited!!!! (The screams of someone who got kicked out after connecting simultaneously...^^)

3. Information required for KKTIX ticketing

1) Passport information

• Passport number must be entered when making a reservation
• A physical passport is required when picking up a ticket at a convenience store.

2) Pre-sale membership verification

• To proceed to the payment screen, you must enter your membership number.
• I recommend copying and pasting it into a notepad.

3) Overseas payment card

• Overseas payment cards such as Visa / Master / JCB are required.
• You will need the card number, expiration date, and cvc number, so prepare them in advance.
• If your card requires 3D Secure authentication, text authentication is required.

4. Detailed explanation of KKTIX reservation procedures

1) Based on reservation time

• Ticketing is based on Taiwan time, so check carefully (1 hour behind KST)
• It would be good to turn on Navism, but the site itself shows how many seconds are left until the reservation opens.

2) Page entry strategy

• Be sure to refresh!!!
• PC browser recommended over mobile

3) Seat selection and assignment method

• Basically an automatic seat assignment system
• Select the number of seats in the area you want to reserve and click Next Step
• There are also performances where you can change your seat if you don't like the automatically assigned seat.

*** In some cases, there may be a quiz, in which case you must enter the answer to a simple fan authentication quiz to prevent macros before you can make a reservation ***

The problem is that the quiz is in Chinese, so make sure to turn on the Papago real-time translation camera on your phone.

4) Payment Process

• Confirm reservation information (name, email, Korean mobile phone number)
• Enter the ticket recipient's passport information (when paying for n tickets at once, companion information is not required)
• Enter card information → (3D authentication) → Payment
• They say that if it fails, you can try again from the order history, but I haven't tried it so I'm not sure.

5) Ticket collection method

• QR e-ticket or Taiwan FamilyMart pickup
• You must bring your passport when picking up your physical ticket.

5. KKTIX Refund and Cancellation Policy

1) KKTIX Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available within 3 days of reservation (5% fee deducted)
• Some performances are non-refundable...^^ Please look carefully

2) Refund Procedure

• Google form submission or customer center email request (very complicated analog...)
• It takes quite a while to get a refund... I've seen it take up to 3 weeks

3) Notes

• No partial refunds : If you purchase multiple tickets, you must cancel the entire ticket and re-book.
• Be careful because even if you cancel right after making a reservation, a fee will be charged...
• The Google form you need to fill out to get a refund is also complicated and requires a lot of input, so be careful when making a reservation...
