Parking: No parking available (recommended to use public parking near Seongsu Station or public transportation)

Reservation screens can only be confirmed through on-site QR authentication (screenshots are not allowed).

Up to 3 people can accompany the person making the reservation

 

If your reservation fails: On-site waiting is available, but the wait may be long on weekends.

3. On-site waiting tips

The left side of the entrance is the on-site waiting line, and the right side is the reservation line.

There are many reviews saying that on weekday mornings, you have to wait about an hour to get in.

 

Pets, food, carriers, and professional photography equipment are not allowed, but personal photography is permitted.

4. Internal Configuration & Purchase Information

1st floor – Space Exclusive Zone

This is the main space of the exhibition, where limited edition Space Jellycats are displayed and sold.

Limited edition, limited to 2 per person

Limited edition items can only be purchased on the first floor.

 

2nd Floor – Classic & Bestseller Zone

Exhibit of popular JellyCat series and Christmas limited line.
It is popular with families and couples visiting with children.

Payment: Only credit cards and simple payments are accepted.

The quality is so high that it has been evaluated as “a pop-up made with Jellycat’s bones”!

 

Upon entering, the staff will perform a spaceship boarding scene to increase immersion ✨

 

 

There are many photo zones, and the lighting and puppet presentation are all perfect.

Although the price range of the dolls is somewhat high, the satisfaction level of the quality is also high.

A. Yes! You can enter by waiting on-site, but the wait can be long on weekends. I recommend going on a weekday morning.

A. Purchases can only be made in the Space Zone on the first floor. Be sure to check beforehand, as re-entry is prohibited if you pass by!

 

Q3. Is there a place to park?
A. MM Seongsu doesn't have a parking lot. We recommend using a nearby public parking lot or taking the subway.

 

Q4. Is it possible to take pictures?
A. Yes! You can freely take personal photos without the flash. It's perfect for taking photos for social media.

 

Q5. Are refunds and exchanges possible?
A. Simple changes of mind are not permitted. If the product is defective, it can be exchanged within 7 days.
