In the following interview, Yoon Ye-chan reflected on 82 Major, now in their second year of debut. He explained, "82 Major's music embodies the 'confidence' itself, pushing forward with each member's individuality without restraint." Regarding the team's identity as a "performance idol," he said, "The stage is where we most clearly demonstrate that," adding, "I think fans gain energy from seeing them truly enjoying the stage."



He also confessed his sincerity towards his fans, saying, "A 'trophy' doesn't necessarily have to be in the shape of an award," and "Every time I release music and meet fans who love that music, it feels like another trophy."

82 Major released their fourth mini-album "Trophy" on October 30th and actively promoted with the title track of the same name. All members participated in writing and composing the music, demonstrating their capabilities as a "self-producing idol group." With this album, they achieved a "career high" by selling over 100,000 copies in its first week. Having recently concluded their domestic promotions, 82 Major will be expanding their global activities with their first Japanese fan meeting in Tokyo, Japan in December.
