Voting for the 'Baekmi' Upick Popularity Award of the 2nd D AWARDS (D AWARDS With upick), hosted by Sports Donga, will begin on December 26th. The naming sponsor of D AWARDS, the global fandom platform upick, will host the event, and voting will take place in 'eight categories.'

The U-Pick Popularity Awards, subtitled "FanPick," are determined 100% by fan participation. Fueled by the overwhelming support and encouragement from K-pop fandom at the previous awards ceremony, a new category, "Best Rising Star (Male/Female)," was added to the existing six categories.

'Yupik Popularity Award Fanfic' allows you to cast your precious votes in 8 categories including ▲ Best Solo Popularity Award (Male/Female) ▲ Best Group Popularity Award (Male/Female) ▲ Best Rising Star (Male/Female) ▲Yupik Global Choice (Male/Female) through the Yupik platform.

There will also be a 'The Awards Direct Viewing Ticket' giveaway event for fandoms who participated in the voting. Details about the event will be revealed later on UPICK's SNS (X: UPICK_twt Instagram: upick_official_) and official app.

Voting for the "Best Solo Popularity Award" and "Best Rising Star" male and female categories will begin at noon on December 26th. The Best Solo Popularity Award will be given to individuals who have released a solo album within the year, while the Best Rising Star award will be given to a new idol group expected to make a splash in 2026.

The competition will be held in a preliminary and final tournament format, with the preliminary round closing at 3 PM on January 2nd of next year, and the final round beginning at 5 PM on the same day (January 2nd). The final winner of the Best Solo Popularity Award will be announced at 3 PM on January 26th of next year, and the winner of the Best Rising Star Award will be announced at 3 PM on January 27th of next year.

The preliminary voting for the 'Best Group Popularity Award' for both male and female categories, which is for the artists who shined in K-pop this year, will begin at noon on December 29th and will run until 3 PM on January 5th of next year, and the final voting will run from 5 PM on the same day (January 5th) to 3 PM on January 28th.
