The 2026 Seoul Coffee Expo will be held for four days from Wednesday, April 15 to Saturday, April 18. It opens.

The place is COEX Hall A and B no see.

 

Operating hours:

• April 15-17: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Last admission at 5:00 PM)
• April 18: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Last admission at 4:00 PM)

 

With approximately 250 companies and 800 booths, it is classified as the largest coffee trade show in Korea.

 

 

2. 2026 Seoul Coffee Expo Ticket Prices and Discount Information

 

Regular admission tickets cost 20,000 won. However, prices may vary depending on the early bird period.

 

1st pre-registration (end of February) : 5000 won 2nd Early Bird (March 1st - March 31st) : 10,000 won                             3rd Early Bird (April 1st - April 14th) : 15,000 won

 

On-site purchase is 20,000 won.

 

Especially from April 16th to 18th, one ticket will also grant free admission to the Korea International Bakery Fair (Hall D).

It is structured so that you can see both coffee and bakery at the same time, so it feels like a great value for money.

 

 

3. How do I make a reservation for the 2026 Seoul Coffee Expo?

 

The most convenient way to reserve tickets for the 2026 Seoul Coffee Expo is to book online in advance.

Tickets can be purchased through Naver Reservation, Kakao Reservation, Ticket Link, and COEX official channels.

 

The rule is that one ticket per person per day, and a maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per ID.

 

You should also check the refund policy.

A 100% refund is available up to 10 days before the end of the exhibition (23:59 on April 7th). No refunds are available after that.

The advantage is that once you have it, you can adjust your schedule.
