[All] A company CEO who introduced a new system because he wanted to change the K-pop settlement system

I found Triple S's company settlement system interesting, so I brought it here.

 

 

The agency has its own app, and

 

 

They sell photo cards here for each member every season.

 

 

The photo card has a unique identification number and

 

Free exchange with others

 

 

(Of course, there are physical photocards too. The key point here is that if you buy that photocard, it's called Como.)

 

 

Granting voting rights for internal polls held on the app

(It seems they use this system because their motto is a fan-participatory idol group.)

 

 

And they say that the proceeds from the sale of these photo cards will be settled with the idols.

 

Because it is a system where the profits from photo card sales are transparently disclosed like this

 

Fans can roughly estimate how much they receive.

 

After watching the CEO's interview

 

 

He said he introduced this system to try and change the K-pop settlement system.

 

If I were an idol under this agency

 

I do think they would be really grateful.

 

Honestly, in Korean society, money is the most important thing... lol

 

If I were in their shoes, I'd probably work harder too if the settlements were handled so transparently.
