[All] ['Bogum Magical' Finale] 500 Tourists Flock to Muju Filming Location Over the Weekend... Park Bo-gum Delivers Laughter, Emotion, and Local Co-prosperity

[News Culture Reporter Noh Gyu-min] The final episode of tvN's 'Bogum Magical,' which aired on the 3rd, featured Park Bo-gum, Lee Sang-yi, and Kwak Dong-yeon conveying their sincerity to the residents with whom they had become as close as family. 'Bogum Magical,' which premiered on January 30, garnered attention for the story of licensed barber Park Bo-gum running a real barbershop. With Park Bo-gum in charge of hair, Lee Sang-yi of nail art, and Kwak Dong-yeon of snacks, they began their journey at a rural barbershop.
In particular, Park Bo-gum obtained a national barber's license while serving in the military. Before filming began, he attempted the national general beautician license; although he passed the written exam, he failed to obtain the final license, leaving a sense of regret. Consequently, Park Bo-gum provided services such as haircuts, dyeing, shampooing and drying, and shaving, excluding perms. Meanwhile, Lee Sang-yi earned a national nail beautician license after rigorous practice. In the final episode, facing a bittersweet farewell, Lee Sang-yi framed all the photos taken with the customers who visited the barbershop, filling the living room wall with memories. Furthermore, the three brothers, having prepared photos to give to the customers, wrote heartfelt handwritten letters on the back of each photo and handed them to each person individually, creating a heartwarming moment.
"Bogum Magical," which arrived like a warm stove in the cold winter, delivered harmless joy through episodes of the three brothers naturally blending into the daily lives of the villagers, going beyond the simple operation of a barbershop. Park Bogum, Lee Sang-yi, and Kwak Dong-yeon built bonds by communicating with the residents with sincerity. The magical chemistry between the three brothers and the residents, whose hearts had grown closer and for whom each other's presence had become special, offered gentle touching moments and healing that lingered in the heart for a long time.
In addition, since the broadcast, many tourists have visited Muju, Jeonbuk, centered around the filming location, the barbershop, rapidly emerging as a new attraction and contributing to regional co-prosperity. On average, about 200 tourists visit on weekdays and over 500 on weekends, adding vitality to the village.
