1. Key Facts and Regulatory Violations
- Regarding Star River: Star River is not an official family company of Hanteo Chart.

- Regarding Apple Music: While Apple Music is indeed an official family company, a review of the relevant transaction records revealed that it violated Hanteo Chart's regulations, and the submitted materials lack credibility.

- Proxy sales not recognized: Hanteo Chart only recognizes data for sales made directly by family companies. Unclear transactions arising from global fandoms
'Agency sales' cases will not be reflected in the future.

- Regarding the delay in the final data announcement: We are currently reviewing the aforementioned violations and sales data, so it appears that it will take a little more time until the final announcement.

2. Future Response and Improvement Plan
We plan to implement three measures to reduce confusion among Chinese and global fandoms and to enhance fairness.

a) Establishment of a Dedicated CS Channel: We will establish a separate customer service (CS) communication channel to promptly resolve inconveniences for the Chinese and global fandoms.
b) Operation of Official Community: We will operate an official communication space to deliver accurate information without distortion regarding Chinese rankings.
c) Designation of Official Sales Channels in China: To enhance data reliability, we are preparing to designate separate official sales channels for the Chinese fandom.

To summarize the conclusion, this issue is a regulatory violation caused by an unclear 'agency sales' method. We are currently conducting a re-examination of the data.
