82 Major, 'FEELM' Career High... Evolution of Performance-Oriented Idols

The group 82MAJOR (Nam Sung-mo, Park Seok-jun, Yoon Ye-chan, Jo Seong-il, Hwang Seong-bin, Kim Do-kyun) will wrap up their music show activities for their 5th mini album with Arirang TV's 'Simply K-Pop', which airs at 1 p.m. on the 29th.
82Major, who made a comeback on the 28th of last month with their 5th mini album 'FEELM', held a fan showcase on this day that demonstrated a level of perfection comparable to a concert. They appeared on major domestic music programs such as Mnet 'M Countdown', KBS 2TV 'Music Bank', MBC 'Show! Music Core', and SBS 'Inkigayo' to unveil the stage for their title track 'Sign', showcasing an evolved image as a 'performance-oriented idol'. Furthermore, they continued their active promotions by participating in various content.
According to their agency Great M, 82 Major achieved a 'career high' with 'FEELM,' breaking their own record for album sales. On the day of release, the album ranked 2nd on the Hanteo Chart's daily album chart and 7th on the weekly album chart, while the title track 'Sign' charted on the Melon 'Hot 100.'
Their presence has also risen on music charts and social media in the Greater China region. 82 Major, who won the "Overseas Group of the Year's Potential" award at the Weibo International Entertainment Awards held in China, ranked 20th on the Korean song chart, 29th on the rising chart, and 63rd on the new song chart on Wangyi Music, China's largest music platform. Their agency reported that the number of followers on major Chinese social media channels surged by more than 10,000 in just one week.
On iTunes, they topped the Spanish 'Top 100 Song Downloads' chart for the first time since their debut, and also ranked first on the Vietnamese iTunes 'Top Album' chart, as well as standing out on charts in various countries including Turkey, Canada, Indonesia, and Japan. On French iTunes, some of the tracks even made a reverse chart entry.
Meanwhile, 82 Major is currently holding their solo concert 'BE Bum' and will continue the excitement in Hong Kong on June 27 and 28, and in Bangkok, Thailand on July 4.
