The 35th Seoul Music Awards (hereinafter "Seoul Music Awards"), hosted by Sports Seoul and organized by the Seoul Music Awards Organizing Committee, concluded successfully on the 20th amidst great enthusiasm.

 

On this day, the highest honor, the 'Grand Prize,' was won by the group ATEEZ. Following this, BOYNEXTDOW proved their global popularity by winning four awards, including 'Best Album,' 'World's Best Artist,' 'R&B Hip Hop,' and 'Main Award.' Additionally, Zero Base One achieved a triple crown by taking home 'Best Album,' 'Best Group,' and 'Main Award,' while Le Seraphim won 'Best Digital Song,' 'World's Best Artist,' and 'Main Award.'

 

The winners of the three newly established categories this year also drew attention. EXO won the 'Golden Revival' award, while Do Kyung-soo took home the 'New Icon' award. Lee Chan-won took home the 'SMA Best Artist Award.' Notably, Lee Chan-won achieved a quadruple crown by winning the 'Popularity Award,' 'Trot Award,' and 'Main Award.'

 

In addition, Super Junior (Group Category) and Yeonjun (Solo Category) won the 'K-POP WORLD CHOICE', and the 'Hallyu Special Award' went to BTS.

 

IDIT, Close Your Eyes, AlphaDriveOne, and Ahop won the 'Rookie Award,' while the 'SMA Global Rookie Award' went to Identity, Say My Name, and Modisey. The 'Rock/Ballad Award' was won by Hanroro, the 'OST Award' by ZeroBaseOne's Sung Han-bin, the 'Band Award' by Dragon Pony, the 'Best Performance Award' by Izuna and Psychers, the 'Best Solo Award' by Dayoung, and the 'SMA Legend Award' by Rula.

 

Ten teams (or individuals) were named for the main awards at the 'Seoul Music Awards', including Kwon Eun-bi, Dayoung, Le Seraphim, Boy Next Door, Alpha Drive One, ATEEZ, Lee Chan-won, Zero Base One, Kiki, and Hearts to Hearts.
