Registration Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Registration Location: Before department store opening (before 10:30 AM): Entrance to the Yeouido Station connecting passageway, B2F, The Hyundai Seoul

After the department store opens (after 10:30 AM): Next to the photo zone at the Glasses Dumpling Town event hall on the B2 floor.

Note: If you don't arrive within 15 minutes of the KakaoTalk notification appearing, the call will be automatically cancelled, so keep your phone tight!

Q1. I made a reservation in advance. Can I enter with a friend?
A. Unfortunately, that’s not possible. Advance reservations are limited to one ticket per person and one entry per ID, so only the person who made the reservation can enter. If you want to go with a friend, you must each make a reservation or register for the on-site waiting list together!

 

Q2. From what time can I start the waiting list for on-site reservations?
A. The registration system opens at 10:00 AM! Please note that before the department store opens (10:30 AM), you can register by lining up at the entrance of the Yeouido Station connecting passage on the 2nd basement floor.

 

Q3. Is it possible to get a refund or exchange for purchased merchandise at any time?
A. No, since it is a pop-up product, exchanges and refunds are only possible during the pop-up operating period (July 9 ~ July 22), and only on-site! So, it is best to check carefully for any defects when purchasing.
