Hyun Bong-sik, who expected to audition 500 times but passed on his second try
2026.07.10 09:44
In "Mountain Village Bachelor Hero," Hyun Bong-sik shared his story from before he started acting, and it was really interesting.
I was surprised to hear that he originally worked as an installation technician for a Samsung subcontractor.
He said he tried role-playing by chance back then and found acting fun, but it seems everyone around him discouraged him, telling him to learn a skill based on his looks.
I heard that he took on the challenge with a truly desperate heart, prepared to fail 500 times.
The twist was that I passed on the second try, which was unexpected.
