1. What is the design of the CGV Rilakkuma Bread Keyring?

This merchandise is a mini keyring featuring Rilakkuma characters transformed into a fluffy bread theme. Measuring about 50mm, it is the perfect daily size to attach to a bag, pouch, or AirPods!

 

There are three characters: Rilakkuma, Korilakkuma, and Kiiroitori, and they came out in a total of six designs with different poses and shapes.

 

Rilakkuma A: A design where Rilakkuma's face peeks out from inside the bread crust and its body sticks out from underneath.

Rilakkuma B: Rilakkuma sitting comfortably on a golden-brown slice of bread

Korilakkuma: A cute Korilakkuma snugly nestled inside a slice of bread.

Kiiroitori A: A shape with a Kiiroitori face imprinted on the surface of a flat loaf of bread.

Kiiroitori B: Kiiroitori placed on top of a slice of bread

2. Price and Value for Money Comparison: Individual Items vs. Sets

The price is affordable and perfect for a casual purchase. However, if you are planning to go see a movie, the set is a much better deal!

 

Single item: 1 keyring = 5,500 won

Set: Popcorn (M) 1 + Soft Drink (M) 1 + Keyring 1 = 11,000 won

If you buy just the keyring, it costs 5,500 won, but if you're going to get the popcorn set (regular price 8,000 won) at the theater anyway, the keyring effectively costs around 3,000 won when you buy the set, so it's like getting a 2,500 won discount! I definitely recommend the set for anyone buying it while they're at the movies.

Q1. Can I call and ask if there is stock left before going to the theater?
A. Unfortunately, that is not possible! Since this item is sold at the concession stand in real-time, even the CGV customer service center cannot confirm the remaining stock by branch. Popular branches run out quickly, so I recommend visiting as early as possible.

 

Q2. Until when is the sales period?
A. There is no set closing date; sales continue only until stocks run out at each store. Once stock is depleted, sales will end immediately without further notice, so it is best to visit quickly without hesitation!

 

Q3. Is it possible to exchange or refund the keyring?
A. Due to the nature of random products, exchanges or refunds are not possible once the packaging has been opened simply because you do not like the item or received a duplicate. On-site exchanges are only available if the product itself is defective.
