4. Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)

Q1. Can I pay via bank transfer?

A. No! Direct bank transfers are not available for the 2027 Epik High concert. We recommend registering a direct payment method, such as Kakao Pay, credit card, or debit card, in advance.

Q2. I lost the ticket I received. Can it be reissued?

A. No 😭 If your ticket is lost or damaged, reissuance and entry are impossible under any circumstances, even if you have your reservation confirmation or receipt. Once you receive your ticket, please keep it safe like a good luck charm until the day of the performance!

Q3. What is the difference between the 1st floor, 2nd floor, and FLOOR seats?

A. The FLOOR level consists of chairs installed on a flat surface without elevation changes, so while it is close to the stage, your view may be affected by height differences. The 1st and 2nd floors feature fixed tiered seating, allowing for a comfortable viewing experience without being obstructed by the person in front.
