2. Plot of 100 Days of Lies
The background is Gyeongseong in 1932, during the Japanese colonial period It is 🌙
Main character Lee Ga-kyung He is the best pickpocket in Gyeongseong who makes a living solely through his dexterity.
He said his only dream was to save money, leave for the U.S., and start a new life.
But one day Anti-Japanese organization 'Gukgukdan' Come find me with this dangerous deal.
It is to infiltrate the Government-General of Korea under a false identity as an interpreter and become a spy!
You have only 100 days ⏳
The problem is the man I met in the heart of the enemy. Elite Interpreter Kim Tae-woong are you.
To make matters worse, he happens to be the adopted son of the Chief Secretary, and his interpreting skills are a cut above Ga-gyeong's... so I couldn't help but feel anxious every single moment about getting caught. 😭
Two people growing closer while hiding their true identities from each other!
They say that lies started to survive gradually become swayed between sincerity and conviction. 💔
3. 100 Days of Lies Cast & Characters
If you look at the lineup, there really isn't a single weak link ✨
Kim Yu-jeong – Lee Ga-gyeong Gyeongseong's best pickpocket becomes a spy for the National Salvation Corps and infiltrates the Government-General disguised as an interpreter.
Park Jin-young – Kim Tae-woong / Sato Hideo : Adopted son of the Chief Secretary and newly appointed elite interpreter, fluent in Korean, Japanese, and English
Kim Hyun-joo – Yoo So-ran : Proposes a life-or-death deal to Gakyung due to a past intertwined with Sato Shinichi, a sniper from the National Salvation Corps.
Lee Moo-saeng – Yoo Philip : A correspondent for an American media outlet in Gyeongseong and a member of the National Salvation Corps
Jin Seon-gyu – Sato Shinichi : The newly appointed Chief of Political Affairs of the Japanese Government-General of Korea, an ambitious man willing to do anything for power, and a target of the National Salvation Corps
The character relationships are largely based on two axes 💡
On one side is the precarious romance between rookie interpreter Gakyung and senior interpreter Taewoong,
On the other hand, the operation targeting Sato Shinichi is being prepared by Yoo So-ran and Yoo Philip. are you.
I heard the key point to watch is where these two storylines intersect 🔥
4. How many episodes? Broadcast dates and OTT information
The episode is neat. Total of 16 episodes are you!
Here Scheduled for a total of 17 episodes with the addition of a one-part special broadcast. They said it's done 📺

OTT is TVING You can see it at.
There is also talk of a simultaneous release on Netflix, but since the details vary slightly in the posts, I recommend checking the official announcement one more time right before the premiere. 👀
5. What is the original work? Why the production team combination is anticipated
Not based on a webtoon or novel Purely original story It is!
It’ll be fun to binge-watch the live broadcast every week without worrying about the ending spoilers, right? 😆
Screenwriter Ryu Bo-ri: The writer who demonstrated delicate emotional depth in 'Do You Like Brahms?'
Directed by Yoo In-sik: Directed 'The Strange Lawyer Woo Young-woo' and the 'Romantic Doctor Kim Sabu' series
In particular, there are many reactions saying that the subject of 'interpretation' is fresh.
I think the tension is going to be immense, considering how much of the truth the relayer conveys and the hidden motives they harbor meet with an espionage narrative 🔥
Writer Ryu Bo-ri reportedly cited Kim Yu-jeong's proficiency in Japanese and English, as well as his ability to express character changes, as the reasons for the casting.
Also, I heard that the 'National Salvation Corps' in the drama is not a direct adaptation of a real-life group, but a fictional organization reconstructed based on the historical context of the era. 📖
