Beverage cannot be split: The Americano included in the beverage set is prepared fresh in-store when you pick up your merchandise. (You cannot drink the beverage separately later.)

5. Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)

Q1. Can I just make a purchase on KakaoTalk Gift and register it on the Twosome Heart app on October 20th?

A. No! The app pre-registration page will only be operational until October 19th, so exchanging merchandise will be completely impossible after October 20th. We recommend going directly to the app and selecting a store immediately after making the payment!

Q2. I bought a set product that includes a drink. Can I change the Americano to a different drink?

A. Generally, Americanos are prepared at the time of pickup. However, depending on the store's situation, it may be possible to change your drink for an additional fee, so it is most accurate to check with a staff member when picking up your order.

Q3. Can I choose the design I want for the sticker?

A. Unfortunately, the sticker is included randomly from a total of 60 types, so you cannot choose. Enjoy the fun of peeling them off!
