4. Key Tips for Online Open Runs: Virtual Lobby & Sign-up Guide
💡 Tips for using the virtual waiting room This collaboration uses a random waiting order assignment method, rather than an open run method where you click early.
You must be connected to the site and in the waiting room between 9:30 AM and 9:59 AM.
At 10:00 AM sharp, the waiting order is randomly assigned to the people inside the waiting room.
Just because you are the first to enter at 9:30 doesn't mean you're first, so the key is to make sure you are inside between 9:30 and 9:59!
5. Chikawa × ANA Collaboration FAQ
Q1. Are the sales hours different for online and offline stores?
Yes! Purchases can be made online (EC site) and at international in-flight duty-free shops starting at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 23, while purchases at airport offline stores will be available from each store's opening time on Friday, October 23. (However, entry to the four major stores is restricted to customers with prior reservations.)
Q2. Can I purchase it with a specific design?
You cannot select a design for blind (random) pouch/bag products. Since defective items are exchanged using unopened reserve stock, it is not possible to exchange for a specific design.
Q3. Can I return or exchange a product due to damaged box or individual differences?
If there is no issue with the product itself, minor box creases or individual variations in character stitching are not grounds for return or exchange. In case of a product defect, you must contact the store where you purchased the item or the customer service center directly.
Q4. Is it possible to place phone orders or make reservations?
Phone orders are not supported; you must visit the official e-commerce site or store in person.
