If you are curious about Bestie's recent updates, pay attention! We have compiled the individual updates of Bestie members Hyeyeon, Uji, Dahye, and Haeryung, who reunited due to the resurgence of 'Conditions of Dating,' all in one place.

If you watch short-form videos these days, you've probably heard of 'The Conditions of Love' at least once, right? 🎶

A song from 13 years ago suddenly climbed back up the charts, and it turns out Bestie has finally reunited as a complete group 😭✨

But now that I've actually heard the news of the reunion, I have these kinds of questions.

"What have the members been up to all this time?" 🤔

From trot singers and musical actors to dating reality show participants and even actors!

Let's take a look at the recent updates on the BESTIE members, who, as it turns out, have been making a name for themselves in their respective fields, one by one. 💡

1. BESTIE Update: A Chart Reversal After 13 Years and a Full Group Reunion 🔥

Bestie is a four-member girl group that debuted on July 12, 2013, with the single 'Dugeun Dugeun'.

They were active with bright songs like 'Conditions of Love', 'Thank You Very Much', 'Hot Baby', and 'Excuse Me', but disbanded in 2018.

But in 2026, the atmosphere has completely changed 👀

Song Resurgence: 'Conditions of Love' (Released October 17, 2013, Produced by Brave Brothers)

Reason for the resurgence: Renewed attention on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Chart Performance: Entered Melon Top 100, ranked in the top 60 on the Melon Daily Chart

YouTube Music Trending Songs: Korea #12, Taiwan #17, Vietnam #44

Reunion Announcement: October 17, 2026, the 13th anniversary of the song's release

The timing was perfect, especially since they announced the reunion on the 13th anniversary of the release 🥹

2. Leader Hyeyeon, Trot singer from Miss Trot 2 🎤

Kang Hye-yeon was the leader of Bestie, and has now firmly established herself as a trot singer.

Actually, she also has a history of debuting first under the name 'Dami' in EXID's digital single 'HOLLA' in 2012.

2018: Trot debut with 1st mini album 'Watta Ya'

2020: 2nd Mini Album 'Manggottaeng'

2021: 1st full-length album 'Sunday Hyeyeon', finished 8th on TV Chosun's 'Miss Trot 2'

2024: 'Active King of Singers' Final 8th Place

2026: 'King of Singers 3' Final 5th Place

I even earned the nickname 'Top Instructor' with my YouTube singing class videos 😆

He is also famous for his love for fans, to the point where he earned the nickname 'Generous Fan Meeting' for holding a birthday fan meeting for free.

On the day I stood on stage again as Bestie, I expressed my overwhelming feelings by posting on social media, "My main self has become my alter ego."

It was touching to see them express gratitude to both BESTIE fans and the official fan club, 'Sunflower' 🌻

3. Main Vocalist Yuji, a musical actor who dominates the stage 🎭

Jung Yu-ji was born in 1991 and was famous for her singing ability, which was considered one of the best among girl group main vocalists.

She debuted as an original member of EXID, but left after two months due to her studies and re-debuted with Bestie.

I am currently very actively working as a musical actor ✨

Notre Dame de Paris: Esmeralda Station

Jekyll and Hyde: Lucy

Frida: Frida Kahlo's role

The Rose of Versailles: Oscar

Others: Dreamgirls, Anna Karenina, A Better Tomorrow, etc.

I also appeared on 'The King of Mask Singer', 'Immortal Songs', and 'Sing Again 2' (Singer No. 45).

Recently, she also shared the news that she staged the first performance of 'Frida' after a three-week recovery period. 💪

4. Dahye, from appearing in Rebound Love 3 to solo work and musicals 💌

You are probably more familiar with Song Da-hye from 'Transfer Love 3'!

She became a big topic of conversation after revealing her relationship with Seo Dong-jin, which spanned about 13 years, on a broadcast.

2023: Appeared on 'Transfer Dating 3' (was not the final couple on the show)

Summer 2024: Personal announcement of reunion with Seo Dong-jin

2025: Release of first solo album

2026: Musical debut with the musical 'The Hague'

Currently: Also active as an influencer

When Dahye posted on social media, “BESTie is reuniting!”, everyone was apparently happy because this time it was a group reunion, not a romantic one lol 😂

5. The youngest, Haeryeong, the solid growth of a former child actor 🌙

The youngest member, Na Hae-ryeong, was born on November 11, 1994, and actually started acting before she was in the girl group.

2008: Child actor debut in the movie 'The Son's Woman'

Education: Graduated from Seoul Performing Arts High School

2023: Changed stage name to 'Handara', made a special appearance in 'Escape of 7'.

Recent: Lead role in the short-form drama 'To the Xs I Loved'

Seeing him grow from a refreshing maknae image into an actor with a deep gaze makes me root for him even more 🥹
