4. Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)

Q1. If I join the fan club now, can I participate in the pre-sale?

A. No! Fan club pre-sale is only for those who completed their registration during the 2026 regular membership recruitment period. New registrations are not possible right now, so if you are not a member, you should aim for the general sale on Thursday, November 12 at 8 PM.

Q2. I bought one ticket during the pre-sale. Can I buy more tickets for the same show during the general sale?

A. Yes, additional purchases are possible! However, since general sales are limited to 4 tickets per person per show, if you have already purchased one ticket via pre-sale, you can only purchase up to 3 additional tickets for that show during general sales.

Q3. What are the regulations regarding cancellation tickets (resale) or cancellation fees?

A. If you cancel before midnight on the day of booking, both the ticket cancellation fee and the booking fee are waived. After that, cancellation fees are charged differentially based on the date of the performance. Unpaid cancelled tickets become available during the early morning hours a few days after booking opens, so we recommend checking the site frequently.

Q4. Will the last train time be okay for the December 31st performance?

A. Since it starts at 9 PM, considering the running time, it is highly likely to end around 11:30 PM to midnight! It is safer to check the announcement right before the performance regarding extended public transportation services, or to plan your route in advance using carpooling or public transport.
