2026.11.05 10:40
The dating rumors between AKMU's Lee Chan-hyuk and Ha Ji-soo are making headlines again thanks to the swing dance scene on 'Omniscient Interfering View.' I have summarized everything in one go, from their connection in the 2023 'Dance' music video, the 2025 dating rumors, the 'Paradise of Rumor' music video, to this recent two-shot on 'Omniscient Interfering View.'
I see this topic a lot whenever I go into online communities these days 👀
as soon as Dating rumors between AKMU's Lee Chan-hyuk and actress Ha Ji-soo are you!
There was a dating rumor once before, but it quietly passed without either side admitting or denying it, you know.
However, the spark has been reignited this time on MBC's 'Omniscient Interfering View,' where the two were caught on screen together and even danced hand in hand. 🔥
From our connection in the music video three years ago to the swing dance on *The Manager*, I'll organize everything in chronological order ✨
1. A two-shot captured during the swing dance class on *The Manager* 💃
The scene in question appeared on MBC's "Omniscient Interfering View," which aired on October 31.
On this day's broadcast, the daily lives of siblings Lee Chan-hyuk and Lee Su-hyun were shown, along with a look inside 'Fountain of Inspiration,' the independent label newly established by Lee Chan-hyuk.
After finishing a meeting with his staff, Lee Chan-hyuk headed to a swing dance academy.
They say it was to participate in the company's welfare program, 'Sports Day'.

Lee Chan-hyuk reportedly explained this unique work style by saying that to create something different, you need a 'different lifestyle' 💡
And the unexpected person who appeared in the middle of this class was none other than Ha Ji-soo 😳
The participants danced while switching partners, and Lee Chan-hyuk and Ha Ji-soo ended up as a team.
The scene of the two people looking at each other, smiling, and naturally holding hands while taking steps was captured exactly as it was.
The reaction really intensified when the scene where Lee Chan-hyuk held Ha Ji-soo's hand and leaned to the side was shown on screen.
Of course, it is a scene that took place during a class where several people take turns switching partners!
Still, since the two of them were once the subject of dating rumors, I just can't let it slide. 😭
2. Every beginning is the 2023 'Dance' music video 🎬
The two of them met about three years ago.
June 2023, Lee Chan-hyuk releases video album 'Umbrella'
Ha Ji-soo appeared as Lee Chan-hyuk's co-star in the music video for the title track 'Dance'.
Acting as a fresh young couple running hand in hand and dancing together in a wide field
From that point on, there were many reactions saying that the two looked great together, and there was quite a bit of speculation that they might actually be a couple.
I think it was also because the atmosphere in the music video was so heart-fluttering ✨
3. Dating rumors in January 2025 and a 'cannot confirm' stance 🤐
The dating rumors officially broke out on January 23 of last year.
At the time, a media outlet reported that the two became close through the filming of a music video and had been dating for over a year.
However, the reaction was a bit unusual.
YG Entertainment, Lee Chan-hyuk's agency at the time: Stated that it is difficult to confirm as it is a private matter.
Ha Ji-soo's Side: Their position is that it is difficult to confirm as it is the artist's private life.
As a result, it concluded with neither acknowledgment nor denial.
Usually, if it's not right, people often draw a line right away.
So, there were many reactions saying that this 'unconfirmable' answer actually heightened the curiosity even more. 👀
4. Collaboration on the 'Paradise of Rumors' music video continued even after dating rumors 🎶
Even after dating rumors surfaced, the two did not lose their working relationship.
April 3, 2026, Music video for AKMU's 4th full album pre-release track 'Paradise of Rumor' released
Ha Ji-soo appears in this music video again
Ha Ji-soo's agency acknowledges the fact of her appearance.
However, it was separately explained that Ha Ji-soo participated as an individual, not through an official casting call via her agency.
And about 7 months later, they were caught on screen again in this season of *The Manager*.
Since it went from being lovers in a music video → dating rumors → another music video → even a two-shot on a variety show, the general atmosphere seemed to be, "At this point, it's enough..." 😂
However, please keep in mind that the two have not officially revealed their relationship yet!
5. What is Lee Chan-hyuk up to these days, and who is Ha Ji-soo? 🙋♀️
Lee Chan-hyuk concluded his exclusive contract with YG Entertainment at the end of last year.
Since then, she established the independent label 'Fountain of Inspiration' earlier this year, and she is reportedly continuing to work on music while still active as AKMU with her younger sister, Lee Su-hyun.
