Byungchan, Catch the Young, IUEO, Oa!... Joining the November Indie Concert Lineup
2026.11.05 10:52
The Korea Music Label Industry Association (hereinafter KMIIA) introduced recommended performances for November through 'Kindy Lounge,' a platform supporting the promotion and distribution of indie music. The recommended performances include AIWEO, OAH!, Lee Byung-chan, and Catch the Young.
First, Aiueo, under Mound Media (Authentic), will hold their first solo concert, 'BE MY HUG,' at Yes24 Wonderrock Hall on the 8th. As all members participated in writing and composing all the songs on their debut album, they plan to showcase their own unique band sound at this performance.
On the same day, OA! from Your Summer will take the stage at 'CLUB FREEBIRD LIVE' held at Club Freebird. They will perform alongside Joyfuls, Man & Them, Anarchy Culture, Peace Pizza Peace, and others.
Lee Byung-chan, under Double X Entertainment, will hold a concert titled 'N-O-G' at CKL Stage on the 15th to commemorate the release of his second EP. The performance will take place twice, at 2 PM and 6 PM, and will feature the first live performance of his new songs. All tickets for the concert sold out immediately after sales began.
Catch the Young, under Evermore Entertainment, will also take the stage on the same day. Catch the Young will participate in the '2026 Sinchon-dong Culture Festival' held on Yonsei-ro in Sinchon and present a live performance. The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Meanwhile, the Korea Music Copyright Association held the '2026 Seoul Music Forum' at the BRST Studio & Live House in Seoul from the 1st to the 2nd. The forum featured discussions on topics such as strategies for independent labels to expand overseas, the fandom economy, and the protection of music rights in the age of artificial intelligence (AI).
The Music Industry Association plans to continue its activities to protect the rights and interests of independent labels and artists and to create a sustainable music ecosystem.
