My automatic walker delivery isn't coming

I ordered it because the one I had at home broke, but it's been almost 2 weeks and 3 weeks and it still hasn't arrivedㅜㅜ
I thought I missed something, so I left a Q&A, but there was no answer, and it's so hard to manually walk 10,000 stepsㅜㅜ
