What happened at the birthday party… Jin Hae-seong “Embezzlement of 200 million won in donations? No separate statement”
(Top Star News Reporter Seo Seung-ah) Suspicions of embezzlement have been raised as the management of singer Jin Hae-seong's fan cafe did not clearly disclose how hundreds of millions of won in donations were used.
On the same day, TV Daily reported that there were suspicions that the fan cafe management of famous trot singer A embezzled some of the 215.14 million won in donations raised by fans.
According to the report, Mr. A's fan cafe management collected 215.14 million won from 481 people under the pretext of sponsoring a birthday party.
It has been reported that the fan cafe management did not allow the general public and YouTubers to enter Mr. A's birthday party and even prohibited cell phones from being brought in. This can be interpreted as an intention to prevent what happened inside from being leaked to the outside.
In particular, the fan cafe management did not specifically disclose how the 200 million won in donations, excluding about 6 million won donated to child welfare after the event, was used.
Some fans have raised questions about how the donations were used, but the exact purpose has not been revealed yet. Fans have speculated about where the donations were used, from expensive cars to wads of cash.
