Korean Traditional Culture Meets Disney… National Heritage Administration Promotion Agreement

Using Walt Disney content, we introduce the beauty of Korean traditional culture to the world.
The National Heritage Administration announced on the 7th that it will sign a business partnership agreement with Walt Disney Company Korea Ltd. for the promotion of national heritage (cultural properties) at the Gajeongdang in Changdeokgung Palace, Jongno-gu, Seoul. In addition, it will appoint Korean painter Unayoung (pen name Obsidian) as the national heritage promotion ambassador.
Artist Una Young, who has been appointed as a national heritage promotion ambassador, will draw illustrations for various products and exhibitions developed by the National Heritage Administration and Walt Disney Company Korea.
Specific business plans will be finalized in detail in the future by forming a working-level consultative body.
