Han Hye-jin "gained 1kg in 25 years, exercised 4 hours a day"... Kian84 "more than Dex"
2024.06.10 20:57
Han Hye-jin said, “Next year will be my 25th anniversary. When I was an active model, I weighed 52 kg. I gained 1 kg over the past 25 years.” Kian84 expressed his admiration for Han Hye-jin, the queen of self-management, saying, “She’s amazing.”
Han Hye-jin said, "The most I gained was 60kg. Sometimes I cry. I think, 'Why am I gaining weight when I don't eat this much?'" Han Hye-jin confessed, "As I get older, my metabolism slows down. When I don't eat, I mean I eat the bare minimum, but I still gain weight. Since eating doesn't work, I exercise for four hours a day." Kian84 was surprised and said, "Four hours? I exercise more than Dex."
