A man in his 30s who illegally filmed a woman through her window lost his civil servant position

A civil servant in his 30s who secretly filmed a woman's body changing clothes at home through a crack in the window with his cell phone has been sentenced to prison and is now facing the loss of his civil servant license.
Person A was brought to trial on charges of secretly filming victim B's naked body and parts of her body, including her legs, through a crack in the veranda window in front of her house using a cell phone camera for a period of one month starting in June of last year.
The new judge ruled, "The fact that he filmed the victim in his residence and that there was no agreement with the victim are unfavorable circumstances," and "the fact that he was a first-time offender with no criminal record was taken into consideration when determining the sentence."
