[All] Officetel vs Villa

I've been living alone for N years, but I've only lived in villas... My lifelong dream is to live in a pretty high-rise officetel and enjoy the city view at night ㅜㅜ

I'm looking for a house to move into when my contract expires, and I'm having trouble deciding between a 7-pyeong officetel, which is a little more expensive than my budget, and a 16-pyeong villa, which fits my budget.

I know that officetels have poor heating and cooling efficiency, expensive management fees, and other disadvantages... but it's so small that I'll have to throw away half of my current belongings... I'm still debating whether or not I should go there even if I have to put up with the disadvantages...

I would like to hear personal opinions from those who have lived in an officetel or not ㅠㅠ
