This is a 'prophecy' made by Dave Clark, a leading American AI film producer who visited the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival.

“Generative AI has made 10 to 20 years’ worth of progress in the past year,” he said. “If the current trend continues, a movie that will be difficult to distinguish between AI and real life will be released within a year.”
