‘Good Partner’ Jang Na-ra “I think the success of my previous work ‘Connection’ was a blessing”

At the production conference for the drama 'Good Partner' held at the SBS Broadcast Center in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul at 2 PM on the 10th, Jang Na-ra said, "The SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Connection' was very popular. I personally think it was a blessing. I couldn't be happier seeing 'Connection' do well. There's a jinx that I feel good when I promote a successful project."

He continued, “While filming a drama, there were some projects that didn’t go well, so I try not to worry too much about the results. I just hope that it goes well. I pray every day before filming.”

'Good Partner' is a cold and hot human court office drama about star lawyer Cha Eun-kyung (Jang Na-ra), for whom divorce is her 'calling', and rookie lawyer Han Yu-ri (Nam Ji-hyun), for whom divorce is her 'first' experience.

Jang Na-ra praised her, saying, “When I see Nam Ji-hyun, I think she’s like a lucky bag. It’s so great to act with her. I don’t think I’m the only one who feels this way. I think everyone thinks Nam Ji-hyun is lucky. She’s so good and sincere. She’s so charming.”

Nam Ji-hyun said, “I fell for Eun-kyung’s charm after reading the script. I thought her sharp side was cool. So I was worried that Han Yu-ri’s actions as a newbie in society might seem stuffy. I was thinking about that balance, but Jang Na-ra gave me some advice. She said, ‘Yuri is so great. She seems like someone the world needs.’ After hearing that, I thought that I just had to act sincerely. Those words were a big help. I felt like I could push myself a little further. I was really grateful for that.”
