Incheon City is attracting attention by continuously introducing groundbreaking low birth rate and housing policies. Following the ' 100 million plus i dream ', which provides a total of 100 million won to children born in Incheon until the age of 18, the city is supplying '1,000 won houses' with a daily rent of 1,000 won to newlyweds.

The city announced on the 10th that it will be promoting the 'i+ home dream ' policy as a housing policy for newlyweds (or soon-to-be) to solve the national problem of a continuously low birth rate due to the burden of high housing costs. The key to this is the supply of 1,000 won houses and additional interest support for special loans for newborns.

First, the city plans to supply 1,000 units of '1,000 Won Housing' starting next year, which will be rented out for 1,000 won per day (30,000 won per month) in rental housing purchased by the city or jeonse rental housing directly found by residents.

The 1,000-won housing is supported for the first 2 years and up to 6 years for couples who are about to get married or have been married for less than 7 years. The housing area is 65㎡ or less for those without children, 75㎡ or less for those with one child, and 85㎡ or less for those with two or more children. The daily rent is only 4% of the average monthly rent of 760,000 won for private housing.
