Singer Jung Joon-young (35), who was known to be preparing to immigrate after being released from prison for a 'sexual crime', is causing controversy after it was revealed that he approached women while holding 'artist' and 'businessman' events overseas.
JTBC News 'Morning &' reported on the 10th a video taken by a whistleblower at a club in Lyon, France. The video shows Jung Joon-young standing with a woman. Amid the loud music in the club, Jung Joon-young is seen with the woman. They are having skinship while their faces are facing each other.
The informant told JTBC, "I was learning Korean, and I was happy to see Jung Joon-young and his group speaking Korean, so I started talking to them." He continued, "Another group introduced (Jung Joon-young) as a 'famous singer in Korea' and he said that he was Jung Joon-young of the Burning Sun Gate. He added, "I realized that."
According to this, Jung Joon-young introduced himself as 'Jun from Boston' and said, "I am a lyricist and composer. I will soon open a Korean restaurant in Lyon."
Jung Joon-young told the informant
He said he was disappointed because he just wanted to be friends.
